Hamilton Company

Founded in the late 1940s, Hamilton is a leading manufacturer of precision fluid handling and measurement equipment.

Today, Hamilton has 3,000 employees and continues to grow. On a global level, Hamilton is the world's largest automated liquid handling company. In the process, many new technologies have emerged in the field of sensing and measurement technology, and a medical company has been created. As an independent entity, Hamilton Medical AG produces world-class critical care ventilators, using cutting-edge technology for patient respiratory monitoring, enabling instant ventilator adjustments, and providing excellent patient care quality. Hamilton Medical AG and its subsidiary Hamilton Medical, Inc. are now leaders in critical respiratory therapy.

pH Probe

pH and ORP probes are critical measurement and control parameters in many liquid processes. Hamilton Process Analytics offers a wide range of high-quality pH and ORP probes for use in bioprocessing and other industries that require high accuracy and reliability. Hamilton is one of the few manufacturers that offers a wide range of pH membrane glass bulb materials and reference system designs, allowing us to precisely customize probes to meet application requirements.

Dissolved Oxygen Probe

In biological processes such as fermentation and cell culture, dissolved oxygen (DO) is crucial for cell growth; in industrial processes, oxygen must often be controlled to prevent corrosion. Online dissolved oxygen sensors can monitor and control DO concentrations in real time and detect oxygen infiltration during the process.

Dissolved Carbon Dioxide (DCO 2 ) Probe

According to the process analysis technology (PAT) guidelines, dissolved carbon dioxide (DCO₂) is a critical process parameter (CPP) in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. DCO₂ affects the pH value inside and outside the cells, which in turn acts on various metabolic pathways, affecting cell growth, product yield and quality.

Cell Density Probe

Real-time (online) measurement is key to achieving precise process control, especially in bioprocessing. Hamilton’s Incyte Arc and Dencytee sensors can measure live cells and total cell density in real time, replacing time-consuming offline analysis, meeting the needs of the biopharmaceutical industry for process analytical technology (PAT).
